International Day of Yoga

Yoga offers numerous advantages. It contributes to the maintenance of our mental and physical wellness. It allows us to reconnect with nature. Furthermore, frequent yoga practise makes your body more flexible, and you develop a strong feeling of self-discipline and self-awareness.

 Student's took part in the 8th International Yoga Day Celebrations-2022 organised by SHIV ADARSH COLLEGE . We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Shiv Adarsh College Pendhat Firozabad for offering this chance to practise yoga on International Yoga Day at such an iconic location.
